The Resume of Artist Mr. Chen Wei Li

Chen Wei Li has practiced painting since his childhood, and in 1980 graduated from the Fushun city education institute fine arts department, in 1987 he graduated from the Chinese calligraphy and painting correspondence university. In 1985 he was a disciple and apprentice to contemporary renowned landscape painting master Mr. Song Yugui. The true artist within came into being as a disciple of Mr. Song Yugui, but he later began to explore new art techniques and bold innovative ideas.

His outstanding works as a teacher and artist have received praise from colleagues and experts alike. One of his most noted paintings is the landscape "Parental affection" which Mr. Yang Ren Joy has praised for its painting topic postscript. Thirty artworks successively are shown across China, various provinces and cities art exhibitions and he has won first and second prize for the traditional Chinese painting works "Friendly Melt Spring breeze" "Early morning" and "Winter Scenery" by the Liaoning art museum collection.

Many of his artworks have been featured by "the Liaoning Daily" "Chinese Sports Newspaper" "Calligraphy and painting Correspondence course Newspaper" and more publications. In recent years, 20 of his artworks have been collected by Japanese, Singapore, Taiwan, Chinese, Hong Kong and other foreign collectors. His art decorates the corridors of many homes and businesses throughout the world.
